Overall had pleasant stay even during 4 nights of our stay. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent - near restaurants and bars. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the hotel.

Got triple room with additional single beds, clean bath, clean towels as expected. Coffee and tea were a nice touch.

I appreciated an extremely spacious room with pleasant views, it overlooked garden.

Good and perfect location just off the train station, the leather market and sights of Florence, many tourist sites and major attractions in Florence, nice views. Also, close to the Centre.

The place was clean, I booked the quadruple room with garden views, everything was perfect. The staff were genuinely helpful, provided very good services. Perfect location minutes from the train station, that was handy. I really enjoyed a FANTASTIC restaurant with an Indian menu.

This hotel was a great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering its central location. We were able to walk to many local tourist sites like San Lorenzo Market, the Duomo, and the Accademia Gallery. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It was really convenient to have a hotel that was walking distance from the central station and all the historical places in the city.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and did not change during my 5-day stay. I understand that Italian breakfasts are different from American ones, but I expected more variety.

Great staff at the front desk. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly. Hotel was basic and clean, nothing fancy, but what we expected. Street noise was loud in the front room we had. Good breakfast for morning.

The room was very plain--needed some paint and upgrading, but it was clean and comfortable. We were so busy in FLorence we really only came in to shower and sleep.
